Let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s evaluate where buyers are winning and losing. Relatively strong supplies (which give buyer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s potentially more bargaining power) currently exist in:<a href=\"https:\/\/nohasslelistingblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/compass.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-565\" src=\"https:\/\/nohasslelistingblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/compass.jpg\" alt=\"compass\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chandler \u00e2\u20ac\u201csupplies have been rising since early March and are about at the same level as last year<\/p>\n<p>Fountain Hills \u00e2\u20ac\u201c starting to fall but higher than any time since 2010<\/p>\n<p>Gilbert \u00e2\u20ac\u201c active listings are climbing in 2015 (although still below 2014)<\/p>\n<p>Scottsdale \u00e2\u20ac\u201c listings are slightly down from last year but still plentiful<\/p>\n<p>Laveen \u00e2\u20ac\u201c listings are up and at equivalent levels of 2012<\/p>\n<p>Cave Creek &amp; Paradise Valley \u00e2\u20ac\u201c both areas have abundant supply and are hitting new highs for supplies<\/p>\n<p>Gold Canyon- listings are more plentiful than last year<\/p>\n<p>Where can buyers expect tough competition for homes? The west valley is particularly low in supply, largely because housing is most affordable there. Glendale, Tolleson, El Mirage are seeing multiple offers and stiff competition from buyers for homes.
